Alhidayya Umrah Company has provided the most incredible Umrah experience I’ve ever had—especially during the blessed month of Ramadan. From start to finish, the entire journey was organized with excellence, compassion, and professionalism.
The company handled every detail with care: helped with flights at better prices, communication was fast and consistent, and all questions were answered promptly and clearly. The group was large, yet every individual’s needs were met with patience and efficiency.
The hotel accommodations were also outstanding—clean, beautiful, and equipped with laundry services for a great price. It was close enough to the Haram for easy access, yet ideally located to avoid traffic and allow for convenient food deliveries and Uber access.
The hospitality extended throughout the trip was unmatched. Every effort was made to ensure that all everyone could focus on their Ibadah and experience comfort throughout their stay. Even thoughtful touches like providing money for dinner showed the level of care and generosity this company brings.
Truly, this has been a spiritually uplifting and stress-free journey. The activities were amazing the Scholars meet at the most beautiful venue with swimming pools and play grounds completely segregated. Eid trip to Jeddah where we had brunch & firework show at the floating masjid. I have no complaints—only gratitude and admiration for how smoothly everything was handled.
