I would like to share my experience regarding my 2024 Umrah, during Ramadan with the Al Hidayah umrah & Hajj agency.

This was my first experience outside the country , so everything was very new to me ,

The constant communication and information updates were professional and clear in the chat groups.

The directions for travelers and the videos/pics to go along with it are also very helpful , especially for us who are not familiar with maneuvering in Makkah or heading to the airport.

Ilyas was very helpful when situations would arise on the mistakes or/& last-minute changes on the end of us who were under the package. He was easily accessible and due to his many years of experience being in Makkah and umrah, he always had solutions for circumstances that were not planned.

The time, care, and personal effort that was made to sit with masheikh and benefit from them was the greatest part of the trip (after the umrah ) .

The time spent there , with the people who also came from different parts of the world, and meeting them was another blessed aspect.

For me, I can say that was easily the best time of my life after becoming a Muslim.
